COVID-19
For the foreseeable future, we will not be accepting The Township of Russell tag renewals.
We here at the Village Veterinary Clinic are doing our best to maintain the quality of care that our clients are used to, while also considering the recommendations from our health professionals and government.
We are happy to tell you that we are allowed to see routine appointments and perform routine surgeries.
If your pet requires a non-urgent appointment/surgery please e-mail us at [email protected] and allow us 24-48 hours to respond.
If you require an urgent appointment please call us at 613-445-5622.
We will continue to sell food and medications but ask that all requests are phoned in ahead of time and are paid for over the phone with a credit card. If this is not an option for you, please call the clinic directly, to discuss your case with one of our customer care representatives.
As you can imagine we are trying to catch up with the routine appointments and are unable to see as many clients in a day as pre-COVID-19 so please be patient with us as we try to accommodate everyone.
Our hours of operation have returned to normal.
We remind you that our email reminder service is automatic, therefore, reminders will continue to be sent.
We are doing our best to continue to serve our community and help keep your fur families safe.
Please allow us the same courtesy by staying home and taking advantage of our new protocols set in place.
